I was just there. There was a band that should be the house bad - they were awesome
Anonymous (7/2008): I've been here it isn't that bad they have 50 cent drinks & the house band which is a cover band goes first they are really good. It's worth checking out.
Damaris (4/2006): If you are a masochist, this place has it all: A start time one hour later than advertised, warm beer, cold barmaids, rude university students who have had too much of the one and not enough of the other, and food to die from. Musicians take a backseat to football which is fine, I love both; its just done with a style you could only call studied neglect.
frontporchmusic (9/2005): This is basically a full-band open mic with entertainment provided by White Heat (Matt and Larry from Candiflyp), keyboard, drums, bass, etc. in between acts. Also, if you just want to sing, they can be your band. Great atmosphere and there are usually free pizzas and wings earlier in the evening.
